Pizza Margherita and Napolitaine at Pizza AM Milano: a culinary journey to the heart of Milan.
On Corso di Porta Romana is my favorite Pizzeria in Milan, Pizzeria AM, famous for its warm (Neapolitan) atmosphere and delicious pizzas.
The traditional Margherita pizza, emblem of Italian and Neapolitan cuisine, takes center stage. As well as the Marinara and Napulitana variants with anchovies and capers.
The setting and decoration of the Restaurant are very original, and strongly reminiscent of Naples.
I strongly advise you to go there, but you have to arrive early, if possible before noon!

Continuing the visit of Milan, we will see the Ruins of the Romanesque Basilica of San Giovanni in Conca, in Piazza Missori.
Only the Crypt and a section of the wall remain. Dating from the Lombard era, it has survived the centuries undergoing many transformations before being largely destroyed after the Second World War.
It served as a funeral chapel for the Visconti Family in the Middle Ages.
Then, we go to Piazza Duomo, the historic center of Milan and admire the Cathedral and the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II.
