For the first time in my life I visit the Strasbourg Christmas Market, while I live only 30 minutes away.
We start with Place Kleber, nothing to say it’s magnificent, as much the atmosphere as the decorations, the Christmas chalets and the traditional products offered. The tree is really gigantic and it’s by far the most beautiful I’ve seen, and it really goes well with the Alsatian half-timbered houses.
Continuation of the visit, now we are in front of the Cathedral of Strasbourg, there is also a Christmas market here. And the streets are really beautifully decorated.
We continue, this time we visit the surroundings, we discover streets so illuminated that we think we are in a Christmas movie, magnificent. Then I show you the Quartier Petite France on the water’s edge, and to finish we go to the Restaurant, for me it will be a typical Alsatian dish (never tried before), Rostis with ham, mushrooms and especially Reblochon cheese (Le Thomasien). Delicious.
